(ZMCQ) jointly signed the \u00a0Memorandum of Understanding on “Double Carbon” Strategic Cooperation to carry out in-depth cooperation around carbon emission reduction strategies and technology, carbon labeling mutual recognition and carbon talent training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
