The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the “Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry” recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300a\u6709\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u884c\u4e1a\u78b3\u8fbe\u5cf0\u5b9e\u65bd\u65b9\u6848\u300b\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u201c\u5341\u56db\u4e94\u201d\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u6709\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7ed3\u6784\u3001\u7528\u80fd\u7ed3\u6784\u660e\u663e\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u4f4e\u78b3\u5de5\u827a\u7814\u53d1\u5e94\u7528\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u8981\u8fdb\u5c55\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u54c1\u79cd\u5355\u4f4d\u4ea7\u54c1\u80fd\u8017\u3001\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u5f3a\u5ea6\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u518d\u751f\u91d1\u5c5e\u4f9b\u5e94\u5360\u6bd4\u8fbe\u523024% \u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6709\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u884c\u4e1a\u7528\u80fd\u7ed3\u6784\u5927\u5e45\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u7535\u89e3\u94dd\u4f7f\u7528\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8fbe\u523030% \u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u3001\u5faa\u73af\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u4ea7\u4e1a\u4f53\u7cfb\u57fa\u672c\u5efa\u7acb\u3002\u786e\u4fdd\u6709\u8272\u91d1\u5c5e\u884c\u4e1a\u80fd\u57282030\u5e74\u524d\u5b9e\u73b0\u78b3\u8fbe\u5cf0\u7684\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u5c06\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ” Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry ” proposes that during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, the industrial structure and energy structure of non-ferrous metals will be significantly optimized, and important progress will be made in the R&D and application of low-carbon processes. Energy consumption and carbon emission intensity per unit product of key varieties will be further reduced. The ratio reaches more than 24%. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The energy consumption structure of the non-ferrous metal industry has been greatly improved, the proportion of electrolytic aluminium using renewable energy has reached more than 30%, and the industrial system of green, low-carbon and circular development has basically been established.  Further action will be implemented in order to let the non-ferrous metal industry achieves carbon peaking by 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
