Bruno\u5148\u751f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5efa\u7b51\u5e02\u573a\u3002 2021\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5efa\u7b51\u4e1a\u9644\u52a0\u503c\u5360GDP\u6bd4\u91cd\u8fbe\u523025.9%\u3002\u8be5\u884c\u4e1a\u4ece\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u7ea65200\u4e07\u4eba\u3002\u5efa\u7b51\u4e1a\u88ab\u786e\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u652f\u67f1\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u66f4\u52a0\u6210\u719f\u548c\u66f4\u5177\u6311\u6218\u6027\u7684\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4f46\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6d3b\u8dc3\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9886\u57df\u7684\u51e0\u5bb6\u610f\u5927\u5229\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5b83\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Bruno, gave an introduction on the Chinese construction market. In 2021, the added value of China’s construction industry reached 25.9% of GDP. The industry employee were about 52 million people. The construction industry confirmed to be a basic pillar in the process of China’s economic development. It is a more mature and challenging market, but it has still great opportunities for several Italian companies active in these field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Bagnasco, gave a brief introduction of the study which covers the overall construction sector (professional service providers, infrastructures, civil construction and interior decoration) and an overview about the further development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Although government intervention may cause the Chinese construction sector to experience fluctuations and unequal growth paths, it remains a pillar industry of the domestic economy and represents a market which should not be ignored by any company with international ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       The market is immense but, basically, the high-end segments match and can be targeted by Italian companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Despite high growth rates, entering the Chinese market remains an enormous challenge for foreign companies. It requires good planning, timing and an effective choice of business partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Integrated and comprehensive service\/supply solution are the most welcomed by Chinese market which is traditionally looking for large players which provide to the \u201ccustomer\u201d confidence about overall service provision, company reputation, sufficient resources and proper skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Privilege the B2B channels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Promote new virtual platforms and new technological trends (in particular \u201cmembers only\u201d platform to develop new B2B business opportunities <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Italian engineers and architects are among the best in the world for their ability to coordinate different teams with specific professional skills. They are the first ring of the supply chain and they can play a fundamental role in opening up new opportunities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Leverage the made-in-Italy positioning in the sector and the existing collective promotion activities (such as Salone del Mobile)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
