4\u3001\u542f\u7528\u5168\u56fd\u78b3\u5e02\u573a\u7ba1\u7406\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u7701\u7ea7\u751f\u6001\u73af\u5883\u90e8\u95e8\u6839\u636e\u786e\u5b9a\u7684\u540d\u5f55\uff0c\u5411\u7ba1\u7406\u5e73\u53f0\u7533\u8bf7\u5f00\u7acb\u91cd\u70b9\u6392\u653e\u5355\u4f4d\u8d26\u6237,\u5e76\u5c06\u767b\u5f55\u540d\u53ca\u521d\u59cb\u5bc6\u7801\u544a\u77e5\u91cd\u70b9\u6392\u653e\u5355\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The notice clarified China’s important tasks for the green and low-carbon development of the power generation industry:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. All localities should determine the list for the next year before December 31 each year (the list for 2023 must be determined before March 10, 2023), report to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China through the national carbon market management platform, and report to the society through the management platform public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Organize key emission units to submit the previous year’s greenhouse gas emission report through the management platform before March 31 each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Before June 30 each year, complete the verification of the previous year’s greenhouse gas emission report of key emitters and the filling of the management platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. To activate the national carbon market management platform, the provincial eco-environmental department shall apply to the management platform to open an account of a key emission unit according to the determined list, and inform the key emission unit of the login name and initial password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
