\u4e2d\u5171\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u59d4\u5e38\u59d4\u3001\u6210\u90fd\u5e02\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u65bd\u5c0f\u7433\u5973\u58eb\u4ee3\u8868\u6210\u90fd\u5e02\u59d4\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\uff0c\u5411\u5404\u4f4d\u9886\u5bfc\u4e13\u5bb6\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u5404\u754c\u7ed9\u4e88\u6210\u90fd\u5404\u9879\u4e8b\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5173\u5fc3\u6307\u5bfc\u8868\u793a\u8877\u5fc3\u611f\u8c22\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u8bba\u575b\u4e0a\u505a\u6b22\u8fce\u81f4\u8f9e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The theme of the forum was “Green and Low-Carbon Leading Urban Transformation and Development\u201d and has invited relevant leaders from national and international organizations, cities, famous experts and scholars in the field of urban development, heads of multinational enterprises. The forum aimed to explore transformative pathways and modalities for cooperation on global and local climate action to achieve green, low-carbon, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Massimo Bagnasco, CEO of China Europe Carbon Neutral, was invited as a guest speaker to share his thoughts and experience. Mr. Bagnasco highlighted the need for a holistic and systematic approach on the way of reaching decarbonization. He shared the three steps model (assess, minimize, offset) as way to approach each matter, large or small scale one. Then he shared two case-study, one related to urban settlement and the other to the rural area, addressing the importance of implementing the target of decarbonization also in the rural area since they could contribute to relieve the load on the densely populated ones. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
