The 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Service (CIFTIS) was held from 2 to 6 September in Beijing. With the theme of “Openness Leads to Development, Co-operation Wins the Future”, the CIFTIS aims to promote exchanges and negotiations, as well as mutually beneficial cooperation. Carbon neutrality was one of the themes of the Fair, China Europe Carbon Neutral and Progetto CMR jointly participated in the Italian Pavilion, promoting the professional services they can provide in the field of strategic consultancy, integrated urban planning and architectural design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u768415\u5e74\u91cc\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5efa\u7b51\u884c\u4e1a\u9010\u6b65\u63a5\u7eb3\u4e86\u88c5\u914d\u5f0f\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u65b0\u578b\u73af\u4fdd\u6750\u6599\u3001\u667a\u6167\u697c\u5b87\u7b49\u8bf8\u591a\u65b0\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u4e0e\u5982\u4eca\u201c\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u201d\u7684\u5927\u65b9\u5411\u4e0d\u8c0b\u800c\u5408\u3002\u4ef2\u6b27\u8131\u78b3\u79d1\u6280\u4e0e\u6ce2\u6377\u7279\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e3a\u9879\u76ee\u5e26\u6765\u4ece\u524d\u671f\u89c4\u5212\u5f00\u59cb\u7684\uff0c\u4ece\u5934\u81f3\u5c3e\u7684\u201c\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u201d\u6307\u5bfc\u3002
Over the past 15 years, China’s construction industry has embraced new concepts such as assembled buildings, new environmentally friendly materials, smart buildings, etc., which coincide with today’s “carbon neutral” direction, and CNEUCN’s in-depth cooperation with Progetto CMR has brought the concept of “carbon neutrality” to projects from pre-planning stage till the full completion of the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u4ef2\u6b27\u78b3\u4e2d\u548c\u4e0e\u6ce2\u6377\u7279\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u7814\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53d1\u73b0\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\uff0c\u9ad8\u8fbe50%\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u4f9b\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u6d6a\u8d39\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c45%\u7684\u7ef4\u62a4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5b9e\u9645\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u800c\u7ef4\u62a4\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5931\u80fd\u5219\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u52a0\u5267\u4e86\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u6d6a\u8d39\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u6839\u636e\u79d1\u5b66\u5730\u8bc4\u4f30\u6d4b\u7b97\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5728\u697c\u5b87\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4f4d\u7f6e\u589e\u8bbe\u4f20\u611f\u5668\uff0c\u5e76\u901a\u8fc7\u667a\u80fd\u5316\u8c03\u8282\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u5bf9\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u6e7f\u5ea6\u3001\u901a\u98ce\u7b49\u8bf8\u591a\u6307\u6807\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u8282\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u6709\u6548\u51cf\u5c11\u6700\u591a30%\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3002
In the Chinese market, up to 50% of building energy supply is still wasted, 45% of maintenance work is ineffective, then the failure of maintenance work further exacerbates the waste of energy in buildings. It is scientifically proved that building automation solutions (such as adding sensors at key locations in the building and regulating the building’s temperature, humidity, ventilation, and many other indicators through intelligent regulation equipment), can effectively reduce energy consumption up to 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u6b21\u670d\u8d38\u4f1a\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u4ef2\u6b27\u8131\u78b3\u79d1\u6280\u7684CEO\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u6ce2\u6377\u7279\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\uff0c\u9a6c\u6653\u5229\u5148\u751f\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u65b0\u534e\u793e\u8bb0\u8005\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u670d\u8d38\u4f1a\u662f\u4fc3\u8fdb\u56fd\u9645\u670d\u52a1\u63d0\u4f9b\u5546\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u6781\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002\u5b83\u8ba9\u53cc\u65b9\u80fd\u591f\u4e3a\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u9762\u5bf9\u9762\u4ea4\u6d41\u3001\u5efa\u7acb\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8ba9\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u4f01\u4e1a\u52a0\u5165\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\u3002
In an interview with Xinhua News Agency during this CIFTIS, Massimo Bagnasco, CNEUCN CEO and Progetto CMR Partner, stated that CIFTIS is an extremely important platform to promote cooperation between international service providers and Chinese enterprises. It allows both parties to meet face-to-face for potential cooperation, establish friendly relationships, and allow more overseas companies to join the booming Chinese market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the sharing session, it was introduced, as reference, a planning project which aimed to regenerate an urban\/rural area into a truly “carbon-neutral” community. Located in Zhejiang Province and covering an area of about 4.5 square kilometres, the project makes extensive use of new energy commuter carriers, smart building technologies, smart road networks, solar photovoltaics, and other technologies. As first step, it was carried on a deep analysis of local condition then detailed assessments, to evaluate multiple scenarios, finally it was defined the maximum inhabitant\u2019s capacity and the technological equipment to be applied. It combines the natural carbon pools of the local natural conditions, in an effort to make the area a truly “green” area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the sharing, CNEUCN and Progetto CMR jointly called for the government authorities to initiate and promote carbon-neutral pilot projects, which will be of great significance in the face of the irreversible trend of carbon neutrality. Despite the current tense international political environment, climate change is a common challenge which needs to be tackled by shared efforts and can provide bilateral opportunities for economic growth. Through the European advanced experience and technical means, starting from the initial positioning of the project, the project can finally achieve the “carbon neutrality” goal. Meanwhile Chinese innovative solution and products in the field of electrification and renewable energy will also play a substantial role. It will be also a great reference for Chinese enterprises to break the “carbon tariff” mechanism and enhance their competitiveness in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
