Rongcheng Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor Zheng Yuewen attended the meeting and delivered key remarks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

China Europe Carbon Neutral delivered a speech about the\u00a0“Contributions and Opportunities for Chinese companies in the EU electrification and decarbonization process.”\u00a0The meeting was attended by over 120 guests plus over 2,000\u00a0\u00a0people on line, including\u00a0\u00a0CCPIT officials, other relevant authorities, embassies and consulates, and a large number of companies representatives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Zhang mentioned in his speech: “China and Europe have long-term cooperation on issues related to addressing climate change, and have reached a solid agreement to further strengthen joint efforts. In recent months, China and Europe have had close exchanges, and many EU senior officials had missions to China.\u00a0\u00a0The arrival of high-level officials to China and the upcoming China \u2013 EU Summit, are clear evidence of European Union’s sincere willingness to continue an open and constructive dialogue with China.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore he said: “Decarbonization is a key issue for deepening cooperation between China and Europe. Both have made formal commitments and set strict decarbonization targets. In the future, European companies’ demand for environmental protection equipment will continue to increase. Furthermore,\u00a0\u00a0the second five-year extension of the China-EU Circular Economy Memorandum of Understanding, it also indicates that China and Europe will cooperate more closely in the next few years. This also reflects the efforts of China and Europe to promote economic circulation to support global sustainability. A shared vision and\u00a0\u00a0interest in development and prosperity, i.e., a transition to a sustainable, efficient, circular economy, is necessary and possible. This will generate green technologies aimed at faster decarbonization while ensuring greater resource diversity and providing security of supply. Each partner economy will leverage its comparative advantage in new green technology supply chains. The aim is to complement, not replace, China’s supply chains, as both are needed to meet growing global (including China) demand for green technologies. In this transformation, the credibility and expertise of European companies to provide reliable, advanced and sustainable solutions will be highly aligned with market needs. This initiative will be highlighted in technical assistance, support for pilot testing of best practices, and will also create more new jobs and greater prosperity. “<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5c06\u7531\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002\u4f17\u6240\u5468\u77e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fc4\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u62e5\u6709\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u5149\u4f0f\u5236\u9020\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quoting the recent speech made by DG Energy Commissioner Simson at the North China Electric Power University Beijing on October 11th<\/sup>, she highlighted the great opportunities that European\u2019s market offers: \u201cWe have a target to ensure that our netzero technologies manufacturing capacity reaches at least 40% of the<\/em> Union\u2019s <\/em>annual deployment needs for corresponding technologies. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that at least 60% may come from outside Europe.  For example, we have a target of 600 GW of solar PVby 2030, and we project that European producers will cover at best 30GW. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The much larger part will be provided by international markets. China, we all know, has by far the largest <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

manufacturing capacity in the world on PV<\/em>.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u4e2d\u56fd\u5546\u4f1a\u8fd1\u65e5\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u62a5\u544a\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u4e2d\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u5355\u4e00\u5e02\u573a\u603b\u4f53\u7ecf\u8425\u826f\u597d\u3001\u7a33\u5b9a\u3002\u8fd190%\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u4f01\u4e1a\u8868\u793a2022\u5e74\u6536\u5165\u5c06\u5b9e\u73b0\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u9ad8\u4e8e\u4e0a\u4e00\u5e74\u768480%\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u7ea6 58% \u9884\u8ba1 2023 \u5e74\u6536\u5165\u5c06\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u9ad8\u4e8e\u53bb\u5e74\u7684 40%\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c83%\u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u4f01\u4e1a\u786e\u8ba4\u5bf9\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u4fe1\u5fc3\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u6269\u5927\u4e1a\u52a1\u3002\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u6311\u6218\u3001\u7eff\u8272\u8f6c\u578b\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u662f\u4e2d\u6b27\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u8bae\u9898\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u663e\u793a\uff0c76%\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u8ba4\u4e3a\u672a\u6765\u4e94\u5e74\u4e2d\u6b27\u63a8\u8fdb\u7eff\u8272\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u5c06\u6301\u7eed\u6539\u5584\u3002\u5176\u4e2d 90% \u7684\u53d7\u8bbf\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7eff\u8272\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u673a\u9047\u591a\u4e8e\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4e24\u8005\u517c\u800c\u6709\u4e4b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, the recently released report by the China Chamber of Commerce to the EU (CCCEU) confirmed that Chinese enterprises in the EU generally have sound and stable operations in the single market. Nearly 90 percent respondent enterprises report revenue growth in 2022, higher than the 80 percent of the year before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

About 58 percent of them expect their revenue to grow in 2023, higher than last year\u2019s 40 percent. Actually, 83 percent of respondent enterprises confirm that they still have faith in the EU market and will continue to expand their presence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climate Change challenge then green transition and development is key cooperation topic between China and the EU. According to the survey, 76 percent Chinese enterprises believe that the China-EU partnership in advancing green economy will continue to improve in the coming five years. 90 percent of them report that green economy will bring more opportunities than challenges or a mixture of both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
