\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u6cbb\u7406\uff08ESG\uff09\u5021\u8bae\u5f97\u5230\u4e86\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u652f\u63011<\/sup>\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u5347\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u7ee9\u6548\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u6f5c\u529b\u3002\u5728\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f4e\u8ff7\u7684\u65f6\u671f\uff0c\u7ee9\u6548\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ef4\u6301\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u5c24\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\uff0cESG\u5219\u6210\u4e3a\u63a8\u52a8\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u5185\u90e8\u548c\u5916\u90e8\u6548\u76ca\u7684\u5173\u952e\u52a8\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives have been supported by research1 <\/sup>to improve financial performance and growth of companies. In economic headwinds, performance is essential to remain competitive and ESG becomes a driving force for a cascade of internal and external benefits.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n


ESG\u6218\u7565\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u6574\u5408\u662f\u63a8\u52a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\u521b\u9020\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3002\u5bf92009\u5e74\u81f32021\u5e74\u95f4\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6837\u672c\u8fdb\u884c\u7814\u7a76\u53d1\u73b0\uff0cESG\u7ee9\u6548\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u589e\u957f\u7387\uff08SGR\uff09\u548c\u76c8\u5229\u80fd\u529b\u6709\u79ef\u6781\u5f71\u54cd2<\/sup>\u3002SGR\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8861\u91cf\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u65e0\u5916\u90e8\u878d\u8d44\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ec5\u51ed\u73b0\u6709\u8fd0\u8425\u53ca\u8d22\u52a1\u6761\u4ef6\u5b9e\u73b0\u6536\u5165\u589e\u957f\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6307\u6807\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u90a3\u4e9b\u56e0\u8d22\u52a1\u7ed3\u6784\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u9650\u5236\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u800c\u8a00\uff0cESG\u5021\u8bae\u5c06\u65e0\u7591\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u591f\u4ece\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u8d44\u6e90\u7ef4\u5ea6\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u6765\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e1a\u52a1\u51b3\u7b56\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESG integration at a strategic level is key at driving value through the organisation. A sample of Chinese listed companies from 2009 to 2021, finds that ESG performance has a positive impact on having a sustainable growth rate (SGR) and profitability2<\/sup>. SGR is a critical indicator that defines a company’s ability to achieve growth in revenue based on current operational and financial constraints without external financing. So, for companies that are constrained with their current financial structure, ESG initiatives will certainly provide an excuse to evaluate business decisions with a heighten resourceful lens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u968f\u7740\u5168\u7403\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u591a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5bf9ESG\u8bae\u9898\u7684\u65e5\u76ca\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u8fdf\u8fdf\u672a\u5b9e\u65bdESG\u5021\u8bae\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6b63\u9010\u6e10\u9519\u5931\u521b\u9020\u65e9\u671f\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u5b9d\u8d35\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u8f6c\u5411\u4ee5ESG\u4e3a\u91cd\u70b9\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5b83\u4eec\u5728\u8d22\u52a1\u7ee9\u6548\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8d38\u6613\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u6392\u653e\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u5f3a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e0\u7d20\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u80fd\u6e90\u6210\u672c\u4ea7\u751f\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u90a3\u4e9b\u78b3\u5bc6\u96c6\u578b\u884c\u4e1a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5f71\u54cd\u53ef\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u53cd\u6620\u5728\u5176\u8d22\u52a1\u62a5\u8868\u4e0a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u63d0\u524d\u91c7\u53d6\u884c\u52a8\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6709\u52a9\u4e8e\u4f18\u5316\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d1f\u503a\u8868\uff0c\u66f4\u80fd\u5728\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u4e2d\u5360\u636e\u6709\u5229\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With increasing global regulations and to some extent incentivised by investors as well, companies that are postponing their ESG initiatives are missing on opportunities to create value earlier. The rise in volume of enterprises moving towards ESG focused commerce provides them an edge in financial performance. The arena of global trade is more sensitive with shifting risks and regulatory responses to emissions will likely affect energy costs. This could especially affect the financial statements in carbon-intense industries, getting ahead not only make balance sheet sense but also competitiveness too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5173\u4e8eESG\u7684\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5c06ESG\u56e0\u7d20\u7eb3\u5165\u6295\u8d44\u548c\u8d22\u52a1\u51b3\u7b56\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u80fd\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5730\u8bc6\u522b\u673a\u4f1a\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f01\u4e1a\u7ee9\u6548\u7684\u51e0\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESG considerations involves integrating ESG factors into investment and finance decision-making processes to identify opportunities and manage risks more effectively. Here are several ways to enhance enterprise performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reviewing cost centres will emphasise the elimination of waste, simplifying supply chains and cultivating an innovative culture that proactively advocates improving existing processes to achieve optimisation. Furthermore, process optimisation initiatives including value chain analysis, which identify opportunities to streamline operations, increase productivity, and minimize resource consumption. This may involve the adoption of advanced process control systems, predictive maintenance technologies, and data analytics to optimize equipment performance and resource utilization. These will lead to sustainable practices across operations which contribute to significant cost savings over time developing more resilience to fluctuations in resource prices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This, in turn, can translate into improved operational efficiency, better customer service, and enhanced innovation \u2013 all of which contribute to sustained profitability and growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
