The history<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1986, China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Taisei Corporation jointly established the first joint venture construction enterprise in China, namely Zhong Da Enterprise Corporation. In 2003, it was renamed CSCEC-TAISEI Construction, LTD. Over the past 38 years, under the leadership of five company leaders, the company has gone through five stages of development: initial exploration, integrated development, management enhancement, transformation and upgrading, and now high-quality development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CSCEC-TAISEI has established the \u201c133\u201d goal<\/strong>, adhered to the \u201c3 Features\u201d orientation of internationalization, digitalization, and specialization; and pursued the \u201c3 Types\u201d of innovation, lean management, and happiness, and committed to the \u201c1 ultimate goal\u201d of becoming a model of high-quality development of Sino-foreign joint venture construction enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The present and the future<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, the total newly signed contract sum exceeded 10 billion yuan, an annual increase of about 300% and advancing towards the goal of high-quality development as planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays, CSCEC-TAISEI has nearly 1,100 employees and establishes more than 10 branches\/subsidiaries in Beijing, Jinan, Nanjing, Xi\u2019an, Haikou Wuhan, and Chengdu fully radiating the entire Chinese market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the future, CSCEC-TAISEI will continue to rely on the unique technological, management, and resource advantages of the two shareholder companies, and adhere to the principle of \u201cbuilding first-class projects with first-class management and services\u201d; The management policy of \u201cpeople-oriented, risk prevention, integrity and law-abiding, building a green home, and pursuing harmony between humans and nature\u201d serves customers, benefits society, and strives to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees.
