The goal was to transform a 30-square-kilometer area of barren, salt-flat land in Tianjin into a model city for sustainable urban development. This joint project was rooted in addressing both nations\u2019 shared concerns about sustainable development, energy efficiency, and the environmental impact of rapid urbanization. The city was designed to demonstrate how urbanization can be achieved while minimizing its environmental footprint, and also to serve as a testing ground for low-carbon technologies and innovations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><\/strong><strong>\u73b0\u72b6<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u622a\u81f32024\u5e74\uff0c\u751f\u6001\u57ce\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u53d1\u5c55\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u62e5\u6709\u8d85\u8fc7150,000\u540d\u5c45\u6c11\u548c\u7ea630,000\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7e41\u8363\u7684\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u516c\u8ba4\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u4ea7\u4e1a\u3001\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u62e5\u6709\u5148\u8fdb\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u751f\u6d3b\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u751f\u6001\u53cb\u597d\u578b\u5efa\u7b51\u3001\u5b8c\u5584\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4ea4\u901a\u7cfb\u7edf\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u5e9f\u7269\u548c\u6c34\u7ba1\u7406\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u65b0\u5929\u6d25\u751f\u6001\u57ce\u6210\u4e3a\u4e86\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u57ce\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5c55\u793a\u7a97\u53e3\u3002\u8fd9\u5ea7\u57ce\u5e02\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u5404\u79cd\u667a\u6167\u57ce\u5e02\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5982\u81ea\u52a8\u9a7e\u9a76\u6c7d\u8f66\u548c\u667a\u80fd\u516c\u5171\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u9636\u6bb5\u5f3a\u8c03\u521b\u9020\u7eff\u8272\u4ea7\u4e1a\u96c6\u7fa4\u3001\u6269\u5927\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2d\u65b0\u4e24\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><\/strong><strong>Current Status<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>As of 2024, the Eco-City has successfully grown into a thriving urban centre with over 150,000 residents and approximately 30,000 companies. It is a recognized hub for green industry, research, and innovation. The project boasts advanced infrastructure for green living, including eco-friendly buildings, comprehensive public transportation systems, and highly efficient waste and water management facilities. In recent years, the Tianjin Eco-City has become a showcase for sustainable urban development. The city has continued to evolve, offering a range of smart city features, such as autonomous vehicles and smart public services. The most recent phase of development emphasizes the creation of green industrial clusters, expanded use of renewable energy, and ongoing cooperation between China and Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><\/strong><strong>\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u673a\u4f1a<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u56fd-\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u5929\u6d25\u751f\u6001\u57ce\u4e3a\u73af\u4fdd\u9886\u57df\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u673a\u9047\uff0c\u5305\u62ecCNEUCN\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u4f19\u4f34\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u751f\u6001\u57ce\u91cd\u70b9\u53d1\u5c55\u4f4e\u78b3\u4ea7\u4e1a\u548c\u7eff\u8272\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5e02\u573a\u5bf9\u8131\u78b3\u3001\u8282\u80fd\u548c\u7eff\u8272\u5efa\u7b51\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u77e5\u8bc6\u548c\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u6709\u7740\u5f3a\u70c8\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7eff\u8272\u6280\u672f\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\uff1a\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u78b3\u6355\u83b7\u3001\u7eff\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u51cf\u5c11\u5e9f\u7269\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u54a8\u8be2\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u5efa\u8bae\uff1a\u5bf9\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u751f\u6001\u57ce\u6295\u8d44\u6216\u8bbe\u7acb\u673a\u6784\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u78b3\u76ee\u6807\u7684\u590d\u6742\u6cd5\u89c4\u6846\u67b6\u4e2d\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u4ef7\u503c\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7eff\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u5408\u4f5c\uff1aCNEUCN\u5728\u652f\u6301\u7eff\u8272\u91d1\u878d\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f00\u53d1\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u751f\u6001\u57ce\u5185\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u83b7\u5f97\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u9879\u76ee\u6240\u9700\u7684\u8d44\u91d1\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><\/strong><strong>Opportunities for Companies<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City provides significant opportunities for companies in the environmental protection sector, including CNEUCN&#8217;s business partners. The city plans to secure key intellectual property in green technologies and actively participate in international standards-setting.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support for Green High-End Manufacturing: The plan envisions the promotion of new technologies like power batteries, fuel cells, and autonomous driving systems. Specific targets for the 2024-2035 period include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Green Electricity: By 2030, 50% of the city&#8217;s electricity consumption will come from renewable sources, with this figure expected to reach nearly 100% by 2035. The plan also emphasizes expanding the use of hydrogen energy and integrating distributed photovoltaic power in urban infrastructure.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Carbon Emissions Reduction: The city aims to lower carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP from 0.27 tons per 10,000 yuan to 0.2 tons or lower by 2035.
