2024 \u5e74 11 \u6708 5 \u65e5\uff0c\u4ef2\u6b27\u8131\u78b3\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u4e0e\u4ef2\u91cf\u8054\u884c\u548c\u8457\u540d\u7684\u610f\u5927\u5229\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u516c\u53f8 Progetto CMR \u5408\u4f5c\u4e3e\u529e\u4e86\u201c\u63d0\u5347\u6548\u7387\u00b7\u589e\u8fdb\u798f\u7949\uff1aESG\u4e0e\u8131\u78b3\u521b\u65b0\u9a71\u52a8\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u672a\u6765\u201d\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u8fd9\u573a\u72ec\u5bb6\u95ed\u95e8\u4f1a\u8bae\u65e8\u5728\u5c31 ESG \u548c\u8131\u78b3\u521b\u65b0\u5728\u5851\u9020\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u672a\u6765\u4e2d\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4f5c\u7528\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5165\u8ba8\u8bba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4ef2\u6b27\u8131\u78b3\u79d1\u6280\uff08CNEUCN\uff09 \u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u9a6c\u6653\u5229\u5148\u751f\u3001\u4ef2\u91cf\u8054\u884c\u897f\u534e\u533a\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u5468\u61ff\u5973\u58eb\u51fa\u5e2d\u4f1a\u8bae\u5e76\u81f4\u5f00\u5e55\u8bcd\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u77e5\u540d\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u3001\u6ce2\u6377\u7279\u516c\u53f8\u521b\u59cb\u5408\u4f19\u4eba\u517c\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u9a6c\u5927\u529b\u5148\u751f\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\u7684ESG\uff1a\u6b27\u6d32\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u672a\u6765\u7684\u6d1e\u5bdf\u201d\u7684\u6f14\u8bb2\uff0c\u4ef2\u91cf\u8054\u884c\u6210\u90fd\u9879\u76ee\u5f00\u53d1\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u7ecf\u7406\u6556\u6d0b\uff08Albert Ao\uff09\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u884c\u4e1aESG\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u4fdd\u62a4\u534f\u4f1a\uff08\u7f8e\u56fd\uff09\u5317\u4eac\u529e\u4e8b\u5904\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e8b\u52a1\u6267\u884c\u4e3b\u4efb\u5eb7\u4f1f\u5148\u751f\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\u9898\u4e3a\u201c\u57fa\u4e8e\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4f01\u4e1a\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u201d\u7684\u6f14\u8bb2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CNEUCN\u9996\u5e2d\u6267\u884c\u5b98\u9a6c\u6653\u5229\u5148\u751f\u5ba3\u5e03\u4f1a\u8bae\u5f00\u5e55\uff0c\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\u4e0e\u4f17\u591a\u4e13\u5bb6\u8ba8\u8bba\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u672a\u6765\u5b9e\u8df5\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u884c\u4e1a\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u5728\u7ecf\u5386\u8f6c\u578b\uff0c\u9762\u4e34\u6311\u6218\u3002\u8f6c\u578b\u603b\u662f\u4f34\u968f\u7740\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9886\u57df\u3002\u4ef2\u91cf\u8054\u884c\u534e\u897f\u533a\u8463\u4e8b\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u5468\u61ff\u5973\u58eb\u5728\u5f00\u5e55\u81f4\u8f9e\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fdb\u5165 ESG \u62ab\u9732\u5143\u5e74\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u884c\u4e1a\u5bf9 ESG \u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u5ea6\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u9ad8\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u6c34\u5e73\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Massimo Bagnasco, CEO of China Europe Carbon Neutral Technology (CNEUCN), Ms. Zhou Yi (Nina), Managing Director of JLL West China, attended the meeting and delivered the opening remarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Massimo Roj, a world-renowned architect and founding partner and CEO of Progetto CMR, delivered a speech on “ESG in Architectural Design: European Case Studies and Insights into the Future of Sustainable Development”, Ao Yang (Albert), Project Manager of JLL Chengdu Project Development Services, shared best practices in ESG in the real estate sector, and Wei Kang, Executive Director of Corporate Affairs of The Nature Conservancy (USA) Beijing Office, delivered a speech on “Nature-based Solutions for Corporate Sustainability”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Mr. Massimo Bagnasco, CNEUCN CEO, opened the conference, expressing his pleasure to discuss the future practices of sustainable development with many experts. The real estate industry in China is currently undergoing a transformation and facing challenges. Transformation always comes with pain, but also presents huge opportunities especially in an important sector as the real estate one. Ms. Nina Zhou, Managing Director of JLL West China, in her opening remarks, emphasized the increased attention and improved management level of ESG in all the industries as China enters its first year of ESG disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

\u6700\u8fd1\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5173\u6ce8\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u548c\u57ce\u5e02\u516c\u5e73\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u79f0\u4e3a\u73af\u5883\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u6cbb\u7406\uff08ESG\uff09\u6307\u6807\u7684\u6574\u4f53\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u901a\u5e38\u4e0e\u91d1\u878d\u6295\u8d44\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e2d\uff0cESG \u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u91d1\u94b1\u56de\u62a5\uff0c\u8fd8\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u7a7a\u95f4\u7684\u4f53\u9a8c\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u73af\u4fdd\u62c6\u9664\u3001\u521b\u9020\u8212\u9002\u7684\u6237\u5916\u533a\u57df\u3001\u8ba9\u793e\u533a\u53c2\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u5730\u7ef4\u62a4\u52b3\u5de5\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u8868\u660e\u4e86 ESG \u539f\u5219\u5bf9\u8bbe\u8ba1\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESG \u4e2d\u7684\u201cE\u201d\u4ee3\u8868\u73af\u5883\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u5bf9\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6027\u7684\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u6c42\u3002\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u9762\u5bf9\u6c14\u5019\u53d8\u5316\u7684\u7d27\u8feb\u73b0\u5b9e\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5fc5\u987b\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u5bf9\u51cf\u5c11\u78b3\u8db3\u8ff9\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3002\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u53ef\u6709\u53ef\u65e0\u7684\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u662f\u52bf\u5728\u5fc5\u884c\u7684\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u91c7\u7528\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u6750\u6599\u3001\u8282\u80fd\u7cfb\u7edf\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u521b\u9020\u51fa\u4e0d\u4ec5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5f53\u4eca\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e3a\u5b50\u5b59\u540e\u4ee3\u4fdd\u62a4\u5730\u7403\u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8c08\u5230\u201cS\u201d\uff0c\u5efa\u7b51\u5e08\u9a6c\u5927\u529b\u5148\u751f\u89e3\u91ca\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u6211\u4eec\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8bbe\u8ba1\u5e94\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u670d\u52a1\u793e\u533a\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u52a8\u6001\u4f7f\u6211\u4eec\u80fd\u591f\u521b\u9020\u4ee4\u4eba\u632f\u594b\u548c\u8d4b\u6743\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5fc5\u987b\u79ef\u6781\u4e0e\u5f53\u5730\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u5173\u8005\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53d6\u4ee3\u8fb9\u7f18\u5316\u7fa4\u4f53\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u57f9\u517b\u5f52\u5c5e\u611f\u548c\u793e\u533a\u611f\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u4f18\u5148\u8003\u8651\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9002\u7528\u623f\u548c\u516c\u5e73\u83b7\u5f97\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5e2e\u52a9\u521b\u5efa\u5145\u6ee1\u6d3b\u529b\u3001\u7e41\u8363\u7684\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afterwards, Mr. Massimo Roj, Global CEO and founder of Progetto CMR, delivered a key note speech. Roj opened his presentation with a quote by a famous Italian architect, Bruno Zevi, and his vision of what architecture is: \u201cPainting acts on two dimensions, although it may suggest three or four. Sculpture acts on three dimensions, but the Human Being remains on the outside, separated. Architecture, on the other hand, is like a large sculpture that people can go into and walk through.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roj underlined that architecture is something that surrounds us constantly, it is a living creature that shapes our environments and that we, in turn, shape endlessly. Architecture and people are not two separated entities, but instead are tied to each other in a mutual exchange.Architects bear significant responsibility for creating designs that benefit not only their clients but also the wider community. Recently, there has been a growing focus on sustainability, social inclusion, and urban equity, leading to a holistic approach known as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics. While often associated with financial investments, in design, ESG involves partnerships that prioritize not just monetary returns but also the experiential quality of spaces. This includes eco-friendly demolition, creating amenable\/comfortable outdoor areas, engaging communities in development and upholding labor standards on construction sites, all of which demonstrate the influence of ESG principles on the design industry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “E” for environment in ESG highlights the critical need for sustainability. As we confront the pressing realities of climate change, our designs must reflect a commitment to reducing carbon footprints. Sustainable practices are no longer optional; they are imperative. By incorporating renewable materials, energy-efficient systems, and innovative designs, we can create buildings that not only meet the needs of today but also preserve our planet for future generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving to the “S,” architect Roj explained that, we must consider the social impact of our work. Our designs should promote health, safety, and inclusivity. Understanding the socio-economic dynamics of the communities we serve allows us to create spaces that uplift and empower. We must actively engage with local stakeholders, ensuring that our projects do not displace marginalized groups but rather foster a sense of belonging and community. By prioritizing affordable housing and equitable access to resources, we can help create vibrant, thriving neighborhoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u6556\u6d0b\u5148\u751f\u5728\u6f14\u8bb2\u4e2d\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u4e0e\u5efa\u7b51\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5360\u5168\u7403 33%\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u7403\u73af\u5883\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\u53d1\u6325\u7740\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u5206\u4eab\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u9886\u57df\u7684 ESG \u5b9e\u8df5\u6848\u4f8b\uff1a\u7a7a\u5ba2\u6210\u90fd\u98de\u673a\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u4ee5\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u7406\u5ff5\u4e3a\u5f15\u9886\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u4e3a\u6709\u673a\u8001\u5316\u98de\u673a\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u822a\u7a7a\u4e1a\u5411\u7eff\u8272\u5faa\u73af\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8f6c\u578b\u3002\u5728\u80fd\u6e90\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u8fd8\u5145\u5206\u8003\u8651\u4e86\u6c34\u7684\u5faa\u73af\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u6536\u96c6\u96e8\u6c34\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5e9f\u6c34\uff0c\u5bf9\u5176\u8fdb\u884c\u5904\u7406\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u6d6a\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
