By investing in R &amp; D of green technologies, the government aims to foster new growth engines in the low &#8211; carbon economy. By addressing air, water, and soil pollution, as well as solid waste and new pollutants, the government is taking a holistic approach to safeguard the ecological environment. The establishment of trans &#8211; regional compensation mechanisms for ecological conservation also indicates the importance of coordinated efforts across regions. It shows that environmental protection is not just a local issue but requires a unified national strategy for effective implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"ek-underline\">3.
