On one hand, demand for logistics and warehousing in coastal and e-commerce-driven regions (such as the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta) remains strong. On the other hand, industrial parks in inland provinces often suffer from underutilization, outdated facilities, or weak demand.
Green industrial parks<\/u>, with better integration of renewable energy, low carbon infrastructures and digital systems, are increasingly in demand<\/u>. Local and foreign industrial investors are targeting nearly carbon zero,<\/u> well-connected, and sustainable industrial zones as part of global supply chain diversification efforts.
