However, the project also raises ecological, social, and geopolitical questions due to its location in a fragile Himalayan ecosystem and its impact on downstream countries.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u5f15\u8a00<\/strong><\/span><br revenue\u2014two-thirds of its 2024 budget.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">National Energy Security:<\/span> The dam will serve as a key node in China\u2019s \u201cWest-to-East Electricity Transfer,\u201d stabilizing the grid and enabling large-scale electrification of industries.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u6218\u7565\u4e0e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6548\u76ca<\/strong><\/span><br Yet Medog stands out for its unprecedented scale and its integration into China\u2019s broader industrial electrification strategy.<br \/><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u5168\u7403\u610f\u4e49\u4e0e\u53ef\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u8d21\u732e<\/strong><\/span><br
