While Part I described high-level visions on urban renewal, sustainability, and network expansion, this Part II dives into concrete innovations: digital-twin platforms, AI-enabled building operations, decarbonization through data \u2014 showing how technological transformation is becoming a key pillar of CNEUCN\u2019s strategic agenda.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u5f15\u8a00<\/strong><\/span><br>\u672c\u671f\u901a\u8baf\u4f5c\u4e3a CNEUCN \u7b2c\u4e94\u5c4a\u79d1\u5b66\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4e0e\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5e74\u4f1a\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u4ecb\u7ecd Akila\uff08\u57c3\u987f\u96c6\u56e2\u65d7\u4e0b\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u6240\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6280\u672f\u9a71\u52a8\u578b\u4e13\u9898\u62a5\u544a\u3001\u7531\u6b64\u5f15\u53d1\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\u3001\u5408\u4f5c\u673a\u9047\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caCNEUCN\u57282026\u5e74\u53ca\u672a\u6765\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u65b9\u5411\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u805a\u7126\u57ce\u5e02\u66f4\u65b0\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u3001\u4f4e\u78b3\u8f6c\u578b\u4e0e\u7f51\u7edc\u62d3\u5c55\u7684\u5b8f\u89c2\u613f\u666f\uff0c\u800c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\u5219\u6df1\u5165\u5177\u4f53\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6570\u5b57\u5b6a\u751f\u5e73\u53f0\u3001AI \u5efa\u7b51\u8fd0\u8425\u4ee5\u53ca\u6570\u636e\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u51cf\u78b3\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u6280\u672f\u5982\u4f55\u6210\u4e3aCNEUCN\u672a\u6765\u6218\u7565\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u652f\u67f1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Spotlight Presentation: Akila \u2013 Digital Twin &amp; AI for Building Decarbonization<\/strong><\/span><br>Akila is the digital-solutions arm of the French Aden Group. The Aden Group operates across several business lines \u2014 from facility management (cleaning, security, catering) through Aden Service, to energy investments and industrial park development via Aden Energies and \u201cNext Park.\u201d<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;list-style-type: square\">\n<li>Under \u201cNext Park,\u201d Aden invests in land acquisition and factory construction, then leases factories to clients \u2014 relieving companies from heavy upfront investment. In China, several such factory lease-back projects are already operational.<\/li>\n<li>Akila represents the \u201cdigital twin + AI + data\u201d front \u2014 providing clients worldwide with cloud-native tools to manage, monitor, and decarbonize built environments. The team spans multiple geographies: about 150 people working across Shanghai, Hanoi, Singapore, Australia, USA, and Europe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mr. Zhu Wenhua (Deputy GM, Akila China) introduced Akila\u2019s platform and its potential to revolutionize building management, sustainability, and ESG compliance.<br><strong><u>\u7126\u70b9\u62a5\u544a\uff1a<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>Akila <\/u><\/strong><strong><u>\u2014\u2014<\/u><\/strong> <strong><u>\u6570\u5b57\u5b6a\u751f\u4e0e\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u52a9\u529b\u5efa\u7b51\u51cf\u78b3<br><\/u><\/strong>Akila \u662f\u6cd5\u56fd\u57c3\u987f\u96c6\u56e2\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u5316\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u90e8\u95e8\u3002\u57c3\u987f\u96c6\u56e2\u4e1a\u52a1\u677f\u5757\u591a\u5143\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7531 Aden Service \u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8bbe\u65bd\u7ba1\u7406\u670d\u52a1\uff08\u4fdd\u6d01\u3001\u5b89\u4fdd\u3001\u9910\u996e\u7b49\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7531 Aden Energies \u4e0e \u201cNext Park\u201d \u6267\u884c\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6295\u8d44\u4e0e\u4ea7\u4e1a\u56ed\u533a\u5f00\u53d1\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5728 \u201cNext Park\u201d \u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0b\uff0c\u57c3\u987f\u96c6\u56e2\u6295\u8d44\u571f\u5730\u6536\u8d2d\u4e0e\u5de5\u5382\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u518d\u5c06\u5176\u79df\u8d41\u7ed9\u5de5\u4e1a\u5ba2\u6237\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4f01\u4e1a\u514d\u9664\u524d\u671f\u8d44\u672c\u6295\u5165\u7684\u538b\u529b\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6b64\u7c7b\u9879\u76ee\u5df2\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u591a\u4e2a\u533a\u57df\u843d\u5730\u8fd0\u884c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>Akila \u662f\u57c3\u987f\u96c6\u56e2\u5728\u6570\u5b57\u5b6a\u751f\u3001AI \u53ca\u6570\u636e\u667a\u80fd\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u521b\u65b0\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e91\u539f\u751f\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u76d1\u63a7\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u5e76\u63a8\u52a8\u5efa\u7b51\u73af\u5883\u7684\u4f4e\u78b3\u8fd0\u8425\u3002\u56e2\u961f\u5e03\u5c40\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4e0a\u6d77\u3001\u6cb3\u5185\u3001\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u7f8e\u56fd\u53ca\u6b27\u6d32\u591a\u5730\u7684\u7ea6 150 \u540d\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u5458\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Akila \u4e2d\u56fd\u533a\u526f\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u6731\u6587\u534e\u5148\u751f\u53d1\u8868\u4e3b\u65e8\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u4ecb\u7ecd Akila \u5e73\u53f0\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u8fd0\u8425\u4e0e ESG \u5408\u89c4\u4e2d\u7684\u53d8\u9769\u6f5c\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Key Challenges in Built Environment &amp; Why Digital Twins Are Needed<br><\/strong>Mr. Zhu opened by highlighting a systemic problem: less than 10% of buildings worldwide have reliable operational data. This data scarcity severely limits:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>ability to benchmark or optimize energy consumption, HVAC performance, lighting, air quality;<\/li>\n<li>Carbon accounting and ESG reporting;<\/li>\n<li>retrofit planning based on actual usage or occupancy patterns;<\/li>\n<li>compliance with evolving regulations and standards on sustainability and environmental performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Traditional simulation tools \u2014 often fragmented, disconnected from actual operations, and too slow for real-time use \u2014 fail to address the increasingly dynamic demands of building management. For multinational companies, additional barriers arise: varying data-governance regimes, regulatory constraints on data transfer (especially CCTV and personal data), and lack of standardized interfaces across regions. <br>Akila\u2019s mission, therefore, is to fill this \u201cdata blind spot\u201d by building a unified real-estate data &amp; AI platform capable of delivering operational insights, predictive control, and autonomous building management \u2014 globally, and within regulatory compliance.<br><strong>\u5efa\u7b51\u73af\u5883\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6311\u6218\u4e0e\u6570\u5b57\u5b6a\u751f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<br><\/strong>\u6731\u6587\u534e\u5148\u751f\u9996\u5148\u6307\u51fa\u4e86\u5f53\u524d\u5efa\u7b51\u9886\u57df\u666e\u904d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u6027\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u5168\u7403\u4e0d\u5230 10% \u7684\u5efa\u7b51\u62e5\u6709\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u8fd0\u8425\u6570\u636e\u3002\u6570\u636e\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\u76f4\u63a5\u5bfc\u81f4\u591a\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u80fd\u529b\u53d7\u9650\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u80fd\u8017\u3001\u6696\u901a\uff08HVAC\uff09\u6027\u80fd\u3001\u7167\u660e\u4e0e\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u57fa\u51c6\u8bc4\u4f30\u4e0e\u4f18\u5316\u80fd\u529b\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u6838\u7b97\u4e0e ESG \u62a5\u544a\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u57fa\u4e8e\u771f\u5b9e\u4f7f\u7528\u884c\u4e3a\u6216\u5360\u7528\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u65e2\u6709\u5efa\u7b51\u6539\u9020\uff08retrofit\uff09\u89c4\u5212\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5bf9\u4e0d\u65ad\u5347\u7ea7\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u53ca\u73af\u5883\u7ee9\u6548\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u54cd\u5e94\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u4ed6\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4f20\u7edf\u6a21\u62df\u5de5\u5177\u5f80\u5f80\u5b58\u5728\u788e\u7247\u5316\u3001\u4e0e\u5b9e\u9645\u8fd0\u8425\u8131\u8282\u3001\u65e0\u6cd5\u5b9e\u65f6\u54cd\u5e94\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u96be\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u5f53\u4eca\u5efa\u7b51\u7ba1\u7406\u5bf9\u52a8\u6001\u6027\u548c\u7cbe\u51c6\u6027\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8de8\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6311\u6218\u66f4\u52a0\u590d\u6742\uff1a\u4e0d\u540c\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6570\u636e\u6cbb\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\u3001\u8de8\u5883\u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u9650\u5236\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6d89\u53ca CCTV \u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u6570\u636e\uff09\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u533a\u57df\u95f4\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7edf\u4e00\u6807\u51c6\u7684\u7cfb\u7edf\u63a5\u53e3\uff0c\u90fd\u6784\u6210\u989d\u5916\u969c\u788d\u3002<br>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cAkila \u7684\u4f7f\u547d\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u6784\u5efa\u4e00\u4e2a\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6570\u636e\u4e0e AI \u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5f25\u8865\u884c\u4e1a\u957f\u671f\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u201c\u6570\u636e\u76f2\u533a\u201d\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u7b26\u5408\u5404\u5730\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u5efa\u7b51\u8d44\u4ea7\u63d0\u4f9b\u8fd0\u8425\u6d1e\u5bdf\u3001\u9884\u6d4b\u6027\u8c03\u63a7\u4ee5\u53ca\u81ea\u4e3b\u5316\u7ba1\u7406\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/chinaeucn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chinaeucn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/chinaeucn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/chinaeucn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/chinaeucn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1-18x12.jpg 18w, https:\/\/chinaeucn.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/1.jpg 1376w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><br \/>Akila\u2019s Digital Twin &amp; AI Architecture<\/strong><br \/>Akila\u2019s platform is built on a modern, cloud-native, globally deployable architecture: using Microsoft Azure for regional data governance, and NVIDIA Omniverse for real-time, GPU-accelerated simulation and rendering. The platform offers:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>AI-driven diagnostics: detecting inefficiencies, carbon-hotspots, and system anomalies;Real-time simulation: modelling HVAC, lighting, airflow, human occupancy and flow, micro-climate, and energy use \u2014 enabling \u201cwhat-if\u201d analyses and performance forecasting;<\/li>\n<li>Conversational AI agents: allowing facility managers to query building data directly (e.g. \u201cWhat is the current energy consumption of Building A? Where are the peak loads? Which zones are under-utilized?\u201d) \u2014 replacing manual data collection and fragmented reporting;<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio-first management logic: allowing networked owners\/operators to monitor hundreds or thousands of assets in parallel, benchmark performance, identify underperforming units, and prioritize retrofits or optimization efforts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to Akila, this architecture can yield <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">20\u201340% energy savings<\/span> through algorithmic optimization of HVAC, lighting, and operational schedules \u2014 focusing on software and management intelligence rather than hardware replacement.<br \/><strong>Akila <\/strong><strong>\u7684\u6570\u5b57\u5b6a\u751f\u4e0e<\/strong><strong> AI <\/strong><strong>\u67b6\u6784<br \/><\/strong>Akila \u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u57fa\u4e8e\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\u3001\u4e91\u539f\u751f\u3001\u53ef\u5168\u7403\u90e8\u7f72\u7684\u6280\u672f\u67b6\u6784\u6784\u5efa\uff1a\u5728\u533a\u57df\u6570\u636e\u6cbb\u7406\u5c42\u9762\u4f9d\u6258 Microsoft Azure\uff0c\u5728\u5b9e\u65f6\u4eff\u771f\u4e0e\u6e32\u67d3\u65b9\u9762\u91c7\u7528 NVIDIA Omniverse \u7684 GPU \u52a0\u901f\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u8be5\u5e73\u53f0\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6838\u5fc3\u529f\u80fd\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">AI \u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u8bca\u65ad\u80fd\u529b\uff1a\u8bc6\u522b\u7cfb\u7edf\u4e2d\u7684\u4f4e\u6548\u70b9\u3001\u78b3\u6392\u653e\u70ed\u70b9\u4ee5\u53ca\u6f5c\u5728\u8fd0\u884c\u5f02\u5e38\uff1b<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\u5b9e\u65f6\u6a21\u62df\u529f\u80fd\uff1a\u5bf9\u6696\u901a\uff08HVAC\uff09\u3001\u7167\u660e\u3001\u6c14\u6d41\u3001\u4eba\u5458\u5360\u7528\u4e0e\u6d41\u52a8\u3001\u5fae\u6c14\u5019\u4ee5\u53ca\u80fd\u8017\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9e\u65f6\u5efa\u6a21\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u5f00\u5c55\u201c\u60c5\u666f\u5047\u8bbe\u201d\u5206\u6790\u4e0e\u6027\u80fd\u9884\u6d4b\uff1b<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\u5bf9\u8bdd\u5f0f AI \u4ee3\u7406\uff1a\u8ba9\u8fd0\u8425\u7ba1\u7406\u8005\u80fd\u591f\u76f4\u63a5\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u8bed\u8a00\u67e5\u8be2\u5efa\u7b51\u6570\u636e\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u201cA \u697c\u5f53\u524d\u80fd\u8017\u662f\u591a\u5c11\uff1f\u201d\u201c\u5cf0\u503c\u8d1f\u8377\u70b9\u5728\u54ea\u91cc\uff1f\u201d\u201c\u54ea\u4e9b\u533a\u57df\u5229\u7528\u7387\u4e0d\u8db3\uff1f\u201d\uff09\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u53d6\u4ee3\u4eba\u5de5\u6536\u96c6\u6570\u636e\u4e0e\u5206\u6563\u5f0f\u62a5\u544a\u6d41\u7a0b\uff1b<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">\u8d44\u4ea7\u7ec4\u5408\u7ba1\u7406\u903b\u8f91\uff1a\u652f\u6301\u5927\u578b\u8d44\u4ea7\u6301\u6709\u8005\u6216\u8fd0\u8425\u65b9\u5e76\u884c\u76d1\u6d4b\u6570\u767e\u751a\u81f3\u6570\u5343\u4e2a\u5efa\u7b51\uff0c\u5f00\u5c55\u6027\u80fd\u57fa\u51c6\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u8bc6\u522b\u8868\u73b0\u6b20\u4f73\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u5e76\u4f18\u5148\u5b89\u6392\u6539\u9020\u6216\u4f18\u5316\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Akila \u8868\u793a\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5bf9 HVAC\u3001\u7167\u660e\u53ca\u8fd0\u8425\u65f6\u5e8f\u8fdb\u884c\u7b97\u6cd5\u7ea7\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u8be5\u5e73\u53f0\u67b6\u6784\u53ef\u5b9e\u73b0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">20\u201340% \u7684\u80fd\u8017\u8282\u7701<\/span>\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u4f9d\u8d56\u8f6f\u4ef6\u667a\u80fd\u4e0e\u7ba1\u7406\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u786c\u4ef6\u66ff\u6362\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Demonstration Cases \u2014 From Campus to Transit Hubs<\/strong><br \/>To illustrate the platform\u2019s scalability and versatility, Mr. Zhu presented two flagship reference projects:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>UM6P University (Morocco) \u2014 a campus-wide digital twin integrating CCTV-based occupancy modelling, environmental simulation, security analytics, and energy optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Monaco\u2013Monte Carlo Station (managed by SNCF, France) \u2014 a high-density transit hub serving up to 50,000 passengers\/day.
