While these approaches have delivered measurable progress, they are no longer sufficient for sectors such as cement, where emissions are deeply embedded not only in energy consumption, but in the chemical processes themselves.<br>Cement production alone accounts for approximately 7\u20138% of global CO\u2082 emissions, with a significant share originating from process emissions that cannot be eliminated through electrification alone.<br>This structural constraint has led to a growing recognition across both policy and industrial domains:<br>decarbonization in heavy industry cannot be achieved through isolated interventions \u2014 it requires system-level redesign.<br>Within this context, a new model is emerging, particularly in China, where industrial ecosystems are being reconfigured around the integration of cement production, hydrogen systems, and carbon capture infrastructures.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u653f\u7b56\u4e0e\u4ea7\u4e1a\u80cc\u666f\u2014\u2014\u6e10\u8fdb\u5f0f\u8131\u78b3\u5c40\u9650<\/strong><\/span><br>\u5341\u4f59\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5de5\u4e1a\u8131\u78b3\u7b56\u7565\u5927\u591a\u805a\u7126\u4e8e\u6e10\u8fdb\u5f0f\u80fd\u6548\u63d0\u5347\u4e0e\u80fd\u6e90\u7ed3\u6784\u9010\u6b65\u66ff\u4ee3\u3002\u6b64\u7c7b\u4e3e\u63aa\u867d\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u53ef\u89c2\u6210\u6548\uff0c\u4f46\u5df2\u96be\u4ee5\u6ee1\u8db3\u6c34\u6ce5\u7b49\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u964d\u78b3\u9700\u6c42 facilities,<br>\u2022 green hydrogen generation (via renewable-powered electrolysis),<br>\u2022 carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) systems,<br>\u2022 shared energy and resource infrastructure.<br>This approach reflects a fundamental transition:<br>\u2022 From traditional Model to Emerging Model<br>\u2022 From Isolated industrial plant to Integrated industrial cluster<br>\u2022 From Emissions as externality to Carbon as managed flow <br>\u2022 From Energy as input to Energy as system component<br>In this new configuration, cement plants are no longer simply emitters \u2014 they become nodes within a broader carbon-energy network.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>\u4ea7\u4e1a\u65b0\u5174\u53d8\u9769\u2014\u2014\u4ece\u5355\u4e00\u5de5\u5382\u5230\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u5de5\u4e1a\u7cfb\u7edf<\/strong><\/span><br>\u6700\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u53d8\u9769\u5e76\u975e\u6280\u672f\u5c42\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f53\u7cfb\u67b6\u6784\u5c42\u9762\u3002<br>\u65b0\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0d\u518d\u5c06\u6c34\u6ce5\u5382\u89c6\u4f5c\u72ec\u7acb\u751f\u4ea7\u5355\u5143\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f9d\u6258\u4ea7\u4e1a\u878d\u5408\u4e0e\u7a7a\u95f4\u96c6\u7fa4\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u7edf\u7b79\u6574\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0b\u677f\u5757\uff1a<br>\u2022 Energy system efficiency<\/span><br>Hydrogen production can be directly linked to industrial energy demand, reducing transmission losses and improving load balancing.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">3. Shared capital investment<\/span><br>Large-scale facilities can serve multiple industrial processes, improving utilization rates and reducing unit costs.<br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">4. Process integration<\/span><br>Captured CO\u2082 can be reused in adjacent industrial processes, including chemical production or material applications.<br>The result is a shift <strong>from high-cost standalone solutions to economically viable integrated systems<\/strong><br><span style=\"text-decoration: entry:<br>\u2022 higher upfront capital requirements,<br>\u2022 need for cross-sector coordination,<br>\u2022 dependence on infrastructure and policy alignment.<br>This suggests that the competitive landscape in heavy industry may increasingly shift from firm-level efficiency to ecosystem-level integration.<br><span style=\"text-decoration:
