On January 29th, 2024, the proposed combination of the legacy companies Novozymes, already a China Europe Carbon Neutral (CNEUCN) strategic partner, and Chr. Hansen was successfully completed, establishing the company Novonesis. Novonesis is a world-leading biosolutions partner for better business, healthier lives, and a healthier planet. The combined company brings together 10,000 people worldwide and an expertise that spans more than 30 different industries. Novonesis is already assisting companies around the world in meeting both business needs and the needs of the planet.

诺维信和科汉森的合并将创建一个全球领先的生物解决方案合作伙伴,在市场中打造丰富的生物解决方案和多元化的产品组合。合并后集团年收入约为37亿欧元,具有稳健的盈利能力和良好现金流。新公司一半的业务组合将专注于赋能实现更健康的生活和生产更好的食品,另一半将致力于减少化学品使用和实现气候中性的目标。集团将运营一个由研发、应用中心以及制造基地组成的全球网络,拥有10,000多名才华横溢、充满使命感的员工,他们深信生物解决方案带来的变革力量。
The combination of Novozymes and Chr. Hansen creates a leading global biosolutions partner with a broad biological toolbox and a diversified portfolio in attractive markets. The combined group will have annual revenue of approximately EUR 3.7 billion1 with solid profitability and cash generation.
Half of the portfolio will focus on enabling healthier lives and producing better foods. The other half will address reducing chemical use and targeting climate neutral practices. The combined group will operate a global network of R&D and application centers as well as manufacturing sites and will employ around 10,000 talented and purpose-driven employees who are inspired by the power of biosolutions.

在过去的一年里,诺维信与仲欧脱碳科技正式确立了战略合作伙伴关系,其相关技术专家还加入了仲欧脱碳科技的专家顾问委员会。新成立的Novonesis将进一步扩展仲欧脱碳科技的人才网络,为各类脱碳、减排项目带来来自欧洲的先进理念和成熟完善的生物解决方案。
Last year, Novozymes established a formal strategic partnership with CNEUCN and its experts joined the CNEUCN’s Experts’ Committee. The newly established Novonesis will further expand the resource network of CNEUCN, bringing advanced concepts and mature biological solutions to various decarbonization and emission reduction projects from Europe to China.

2023年诺维信还参加了由仲欧脱碳科技承办的第十七届欧洽会的主题会议《向碳中和转型——中欧企业的共同目标与贡献》,来自诺维信的企业代表李浩博士提出了对当下中国能源供给侧的看法和改进意见,也与与会观众分享了诺维信在脱碳、减碳方面作出的努力。
In 2023, Novozymes also participated in the theme conference “The Transition towards Carbon Neutrality” at the 17th EU-CHINA Business & Technology Cooperation Fair hosted by CNEUCN. Dr Li Hao, representative from Novozymes, put forward the corporate views on the current energy supply in China and insights for improvement, as well as the efforts Novozymes has made in decarbonization and carbon reduction.
