吴教授与Bagnasco 出席“宁波创新设计周绿色智慧创新设计高峰论坛”

9月3日,2022年宁波创新设计周正式开幕,中国工程院原常务副院长、中国创新设计产业战略联盟理事长潘云鹤院士,中国工程院院士、仲欧脱碳科技科学委员会主席吴志强院士出席开幕式并发表主旨演讲。双院士阵容加持设计周,国家级智库云集,共商智能数字驱动的创新城市未来。

On September 3, the 2022 Ningbo Innovation Design Week officially opened. Academician Pan Yunhe, former executive vice president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chairman of the China Innovation and design industry strategic alliance, and academician Wu Zhiqiang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chairman of China Europe Carbon Neutral (CNEUCN) Scientific Committee attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. The double academician lineup supports the design week, and national think tanks gather to discuss the future of intelligent digital driven innovative cities.

吴志强院士带来了主题演讲《设计让城市生活更美好》,首发了Global Design Call,并对元城市进行解读与阐述,重新定义未来数字城市理念。吴院士在演讲中强调,智慧城市的终极目的即是为了供人类更美好的生活,这才是真正的智慧。

Academician Wu Zhiqiang brought the keynote speech “design makes city life better”, launched the global design call, interpreted and elaborated on the meta City, and redefined the concept of future digital city. Academician Wu emphasized in his speech that the ultimate goal of a smart city is to provide a better life for mankind, which is the real wisdom.

在“永续模式向未来探索”议题中,仲欧脱碳科技有限公司首席执行官兼创始人Massimo Bagnasco畅谈碳中和的机遇与挑战。Bagnasco 先生在讲话中强调了中国在脱碳道路上面临的挑战,例如:缺乏控制能源强度、能源短缺的综合框架,以及中国对煤炭的高度依赖仍然对碳中和目标构成重大威胁,他提到需要提高基础设施和建筑的质量,然后是初步也是最重要的步骤——重组国家的能源结构。最重要的是,脱碳需要整体、系统的方法,裸技术的实施不能保证实现预期的增长突破。

Bagnasco 先生讲:“我们有独特的机会来创造一种新的、可持续的经济发展模式,提供新的高质量工作岗位以及为社区提供更好的生活环境。”

脱碳是深化欧中合作的关键议题。中国和欧洲都做出了正式承诺,并制定了严格的脱碳目标。欧洲企业所能提供可靠、先进和可持续解决方案的信誉和专业知识将与市场高度契合。

他强调,“仲欧脱碳科技旨在通过召集所有利益相关者并为每个挑战制定解决方案,以整体和包容的方式支持和促进中国实现碳中和的道路”。

On the topic of “Exploring the Future with Sustainable Mode”, Massimo Bagnasco, CEO of China Europe Carbon Neutral Technology (CNEUCN) talked about the opportunities and challenges of carbon neutrality. Along his speech Mr.Bagnasco underlined the challenges that China is facing toward the decarbonization path such as: lack of a comprehensive framework to control energy intensity, energy shortage, and China’s high dependence on coal remains a substantial threat to the carbon neutrality target, 

He mention the need to improve the quality of infrastructure and buildings, and then preliminary and most important step – restructuring the country’s energy mix. Above all, a holistic, systematic approach to decarbonization is required, bare technologies implementation cannot guarantee achieving expected growth breakthrough. “We have the unique opportunity to create a new and sustainable economic development model with new high qualified jobs as well as a better living environment for the community” he said. 

Decarbonisation is a key topic for deepening EU-China cooperation. China and Europe have both made formal commitments with stringent goals towards decarbonisation. European companies have the credibility and expertise to provide reliable, advanced, and sustainable solutions. 

He undelined that “CNEUCN then aims to support and contribute to China’s path towards carbon neutrality in a holistic and inclusive way by gathering all the stakeholders and creating solutions for each challenge”.

邵校长在致辞中围绕创新设计,表达了对宁波创新发展与大学创新设计教育的期许。邵校长认为,今天的创新设计是发展的聚合体,离不开文化的交融和科技、教育的支撑,未来宁波的创业、产业需要高校、企业、创投基金等的协同合作。

In his speech, president Shao focused on innovative design and expressed his expectations for Ningbo’s innovative development and innovative design education in universities. President Shao believes that today’s innovative design is an aggregate of development, which cannot be separated from the integration of culture and the support of science, technology and education. In the future, Ningbo’s entrepreneurship and industry need the cooperation of universities, enterprises and venture capital funds.

面对当下数字化和生态化耦合并进的新发展态势,城市发展既需要技术创新提供智能的解决途径,又需要设计创新来激活绿色智慧的潜能,设计在这一过程中的重要地位日益凸显。

In the face of the new development trend of the combination of digitalization and ecology, urban development requires not only technological innovation to provide intelligent solutions, but also design innovation to activate the potential of green wisdom. Design plays an increasingly important role in this process.

在《时尚产业的智能化创新》主题演讲中,潘云鹤院士认为,创新设计的内涵包括科学技术创新、文化艺术创新、商业模式创新、用户体验创新。一方面可以通过智能化设计,提高传统产品智造的速度和水平,创造智能化的时尚新产品。潘院士连续七年出席宁波创新设计周,被业界尊为“工业创新设计的推手”。他是中国智能CAD和计算机美术领域的开拓者之一。

In his keynote speech on intelligent innovation of fashion industry, academician Pan Yunhe believed that the connotation of innovative design includes scientific and technological innovation, cultural and artistic innovation, business model innovation and user experience innovation. On the one hand, through intelligent design, we can improve the speed and level of intelligent manufacturing of traditional products and create intelligent fashion new products. Academician Pan, who has attended Ningbo innovation design week for seven consecutive years, is respected by the industry as a “driver of industrial innovation design”. He is one of the pioneers in the field of intelligent CAD and computer art in China.

在主题演讲环节,围绕“绿色设计为城市赋能”议题,宁波诺丁汉大学副校长吴韬阐述了以创新驱动的可持续国际合作制造设计人才培养新范式。

In the keynote session, focusing on the topic of “green design empowers cities”, Wu Tao, vice president of Nottingham University in Ningbo, elaborated on the new paradigm of sustainable international cooperative manufacturing and design talent training driven by innovation.

作为面向世界规划教育创新的前沿组织WUPEN,世界规划教育组织副主任沈妍君向大家介绍了WUPEN近年来在设计为城市赋能方面的创新探索。

As WUPEN, a leading organization facing the innovation of world planning education, Shen Yanjun, Deputy Director of the World Urban Planning Education Network, introduced WUPEN’s innovative exploration in empowering cities through design in recent years.

在“校企携手迎创新风向”的主题圆桌中,来自高校、科研院所、宁波当地企业等的各界代表齐聚。企业是对未来创新方向最敏感的重要群体,学校又是创新人才集聚的重要学术机构,这两个主体之间的携手,携手得好不好,如何携手,将决定未来的创新风向。

In the round table themed “Schools and Enterprises Join Hands to Meet the Trend of Innovation”, representatives from all walks of life from universities, scientific research institutes and local enterprises in Ningbo gathered. Enterprises are the most sensitive important group to the future direction of innovation, and schools are also important academic institutions where innovative talents gather. The cooperation between these two subjects will determine the direction of innovation in the future.
