CSCEC-TAISEI reached a Strategic Partnership Agreement withChina Europe Carbon Neutral (CNEUCN) and its partners to carry out carbon neutral building’s technology cooperation, development of sample projects with use of several innovative equipment, materials and design solutions.
CSCEC-TAISEI is a Sino-foreign joint venture by China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Taisei Corporation, with its base in Beijing.
The company always adheres to the corporate spirit of “quality, harmony, integrity, and efficiency”, adheres to the “differentiation” development strategy, utilizes the inherent advantages of Sino-foreign joint ventures, learns advanced construction management experience and lean management technology from Taisei Corporation, and strives to become a model for high-quality development of Sino-foreign joint venture construction enterprises. 1986年中国建筑与大成建设共同出资成立了国内首家合资建筑企业—中大实业有限公司,2003年改名中建-大成建筑有限责任公司。38年来,在五届公司领导的带领下,经历了初创探索、融合发展、管理提升、转型升级,到目前的高质量发展,共历经五个发展阶段。

The history
In 1986, China State Construction Engineering Corporation and Taisei Corporation jointly established the first joint venture construction enterprise in China, namely Zhong Da Enterprise Corporation. In 2003, it was renamed CSCEC-TAISEI Construction, LTD. Over the past 38 years, under the leadership of five company leaders, the company has gone through five stages of development: initial exploration, integrated development, management enhancement, transformation and upgrading, and now high-quality development.
CSCEC-TAISEI has established the “133” goal, adhered to the “3 Features” orientation of internationalization, digitalization, and specialization; and pursued the “3 Types” of innovation, lean management, and happiness, and committed to the “1 ultimate goal” of becoming a model of high-quality development of Sino-foreign joint venture construction enterprises.

2023年实现新签合同额破百亿元,同比增长约300%,向高质量发展目标不断奋进。如今,中建-大成拥有近1100名员工,在北京、济南、南京、西安、海口和武汉等地设有10余个分支机构/分公司和子公司,全面辐射整个中国市场。

The present and the future
In 2023, the total newly signed contract sum exceeded 10 billion yuan, an annual increase of about 300% and advancing towards the goal of high-quality development as planned.
Nowadays, CSCEC-TAISEI has nearly 1,100 employees and establishes more than 10 branches/subsidiaries in Beijing, Jinan, Nanjing, Xi’an, Haikou Wuhan, and Chengdu fully radiating the entire Chinese market.

The strategic partnership between CNEUCN and CSCEC-TAISEI will provide advanced technical solutions for carbon-neutral construction, integrating innovative equipment, materials, and cutting-edge design technologies. Specifically, the collaboration will focus on implementing state-of-the-art energy-efficient building systems, such as smart HVAC controls, renewable energy integration (solar and geothermal), and advanced insulation materials that significantly reduce energy consumption. The partnership will also introduce green construction technologies, including low-carbon concrete, prefabricated components for reduced waste, and intelligent monitoring systems that optimize resource use throughout the building lifecycle. These solutions are designed to meet stringent carbon neutrality targets, ensuring high performance and sustainability in urban and industrial construction projects.
