Unlike traditional 2D-to-3D modeling, Akila’s professional BIM team integrated modeling results deep into the early design stage, digitally synchronizing process pipelines, equipment layouts, and building structures. For example, during NXpark’s pre-design phase, Akila visualized the client’s process pipelines and layouts in BIM to avoid collisions between process systems and building structures, ensuring smooth future installation workflows.
AI-Driven Low-Carbon Design
Akila used digital twin technology and AI algorithms to optimize mechanical and electrical layout and energy efficiency management, ensuring high-efficiency use of clean energy sources like ground-source heat pumps and rooftop photovoltaics. Through BIM-based energy consumption calculations and AI carbon emission predictions, the energy-saving and carbon reduction rate is guaranteed to reach approximately 58.7%.
Thermal Comfort and Energy Efficiency Balance Simulation
Akila’s expert team simulated NXpark’s indoor thermal comfort using computational fluid dynamics and digital twin technology, integrating data on weather, ventilation, and sunlight. This identified the balance among thermal comfort, energy efficiency, and occupant health to formulate optimal energy-saving plans.

Asset Integration Management:
Akila integrated the park’s existing building asset management systems and hardware to achieve real-time monitoring of NXpark’s building performance, equipment, and energy facility status.
Energy Consumption and Carbon Emission Optimization:
Akila helped NXpark optimize its clean energy usage plan through round-the-clock real-time monitoring of energy consumption data and analysis of spaces and equipment. Among them, photovoltaic power generation is expected to account for 50.7%, and the EV charging pile coverage rate is 13.8%. Meanwhile, accurate carbon emission data helps NXpark achieve its ESG goals, helping it the world’s first carbon-neutral industrial park insured by ESG.
