5月10日，欧洲议会和欧洲理事会签署了关于碳边境调整机制的最终条例。该条例拟于2023年5月17日正式生效。碳边境调整机制将使得欧盟的碳排放交易计划变得更为实际和有效，消除潜在的碳排放漏洞，并鼓励第三方国家减少碳排放。 On May 10th, the European Parliament and the European Council signed the final Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) Regulation. The regulation officially entered into force on May 17th 2023.
