4月26日，成都高新区公布了2022年第四批“四派人才”企业名单，仲欧脱碳科技获得“四派人才”企业身份的正式认证！
On April 26th, Chengdu High-tech Zone announced the list of the fourth batch of “Four Talents” Enterprises (applied in 2022). China Euro Carbon Neutral (CNEUCN) was officially certified as “Four Talents” Enterprise!
“四派人才”是成都高新区对“蓉归派、海归派、学院派、创客派”这四类人才的统一定义。对“四派人才”所创办的科技创新类企业，政策上将给予多方面的优待支持。
仲欧脱碳科技凭借其在“脱碳”咨询领域深厚的知识积累和在中欧企业、协会组织间的良好关系，努力推进中欧间在碳中和之路上紧密合作，将来自欧洲的“脱碳”经验和技术知识引入中国，根据每个项目的具体情况量体裁衣，为各方的共同目标——2050年实现碳中和而努力。
“Four Talents” is the unified definition of the four types of talents in Chengdu High-Tech Zone, talents return to Sichuan, talents from oversea, academic talents and entrepreneur talents. For the enterprises founded by the any type of “Four Talents”, the policy will give preferential treatment and support in many aspects.
With its profound knowledge in the field of “decarbonization” consulting and its good relationship with enterprises and associations in China and Europe, CNEUCN strives to promote cooperation between China and Europe in the path towards carbon neutrality, and to bring the “decarbonization” experience and technical knowledge from Europe to China. CNEUCN aims to provide tailor-made solutions to each project and to achieve the common goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
欧盟和中国在气候变化相关问题上有着长期的合作，并就进一步加强共同努力达成了坚实的共识。
“ 平台” 作为一种机制和工具， 促进与城市发展相关的创新合作，这一倡议由Massimo Bagnasco在中欧创新合作工作组工作时提出，随后他也担任“可持续城镇化创新平台”专家咨询委员会成员。

The European Union and China have a long-standing cooperation on climate change related issues and a solid agreement to further step up their joint efforts.
The concept of a “platform,” as a mechanism and tool, to facilitate cooperation in innovation related to urban development was proposed by Massimo Bagnasco, in his work in the EU-China Innovation Cooperation Task Force.
In 2017, under the Horizon 2020 program, the EU Commission, DG RTD then launched the China-EU Innovation Platform on Sustainable Urbanization. The China-EU Innovation Platform concluded its operation at the end of 2020.

CNEUCN aims to continue carrying out the vision and targets of the platform by involving original members of that specific consortium as well as other. At the same time, it expands its activities to address the carbon neutral challenge and invite other key entities and profiles from academia, official institutions and, especially the industrial sector, to have a fully comprehensive team.

Bilaterally promote the access and support the development of European and Chinese enterprises into respective markets.
- 与中国和欧洲的相关政府部门、行业组织和公司保持密切联系。
Maintain close relations with the relevant Government Authorities, industry organizations and companies in China and Europe.
