Project Introduction
民冬绿谷项目位于上海市浦东新区民冬路128号，曹路工业区内。该项目以科技创新推动产业创新，特别是以颠覆性技术和前沿技术催生新产业、新模式、新动能，发展新质生产力。其核心定位是打造以重组蛋白开发、产业和应用为核心，以生物科技、健康产业为辅的先进的研发产业园区，建设成为集生态智造、优质服务、品质生活于一体的“产城融合社区”。为配合 “双碳目标 “国家战略，项目的设计和技术解决方案将以减少碳排放为目标，在从设计、施工到运营的整个建筑生命周期中最大限度地减少碳足迹，降低运营排放，打造一个绿色、充满活力的生态园区。
项目拟用已有工业土地面积近 34,000 平方米，规划建筑面积约 110,000 平方米（包括地下 15,000 平方米）。主要功能有生产厂房、公共配套建筑、公寓、生产配套设施、地下停车场及室外系统。
The Mindong Green Valley project is located at No. 128 Mindong Road, Caolu Industrial Zone, Pudong New Area, Shanghai. This project is aimed at driving industrial innovation through technological innovation, particularly by fostering new industries, models, and dynamics with disruptive and cutting-edge technologies, thereby developing new quality productivity. Its core positioning is to create an advanced research & development industrial park centered around the development of innovative industries, with a specific focus in the application of recombined proteins, then biotechnology and the health industry. It aims to become an integrated “urban-industrial-R&D fusion community” that combines ecological smart manufacturing, advanced services, and a high-quality lifestyle. In alignment with the “Dual Carbon goal” national strategy, the project design and technical solutions will target to reduce carbon emissions and minimize carbon footprints throughout the entire building lifecycle from design, construction to operation, reducing operational emissions, and creating a green and vibrant ecological park. The project proposes to use almost 34,000 sqm of existing industrial land with a construction area planned to be around 110,000 sqm (including 15,000 sqm underground). Main functions: production workshops, public facilities, apartments, production support facilities, underground parking lots, and outdoor facilities

3月6日，仲欧脱碳科技（CNEUCN）代表团参观了位于曹路镇的光明食品集团民冬绿谷项目园区，上海轻工置业有限公司（上海轻工置业）代表对项目进行了详细介绍。
March 6th, the China Europe Carbon Neutral (CNEUCN) delegation visited the Mingdong Green Valley project park located in Caolu Town. Representatives from Shanghai Qinggong Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Qigong) provided a detailed project introduction.
参观结束后，各方代表针对绿谷项目的低碳规划进行详细讨论。曹路镇政府工作人员与上海轻工置业的代表首先对CNEUCN及其合作伙伴的到来表示热烈的欢迎，并介绍了曹路镇的整体发展蓝图与绿谷项目的具体规划。他们表达了与专业的低碳设计团队合作的强烈意愿，期待共同打造绿色、低碳的标杆项目。
Following the site visit, the delegates engaged in a detailed discussions regarding the low-carbon planning of the Green Valley project. Officials from Caolu Town government and Qinggong representatives extended a warm welcome to CNEUCN and its partners, introducing the development blueprint of the entire Caolu Town and the specific planning of the Green Valley project. They expressed a strong willingness to collaborate with professional low-carbon design teams, looking forward to jointly creating a benchmark project for green and low-carbon initiatives.

Mr. Massimo Bagnasco, CNEUCN CEO, introduced the overall CNEUCN partners’ group which can provide integrated consultancy services as well as all the necessary technologies for the project construction and operation. This comprehensive approach, thanks to a consolidated team, can ensure the best result in term of time and cost control as well as final achievements.
He underlined that, due to the changing economic environment and the different scenarios to be faced, it is, more than ever, fundamental to make a deep analysis and the proceed with the industrial mix strategic planning. CNEUCN experience in this activity can support to properly position the project and leverage it in the international business community (in China and abroad). “The creation of a strong value proposition supported by a mature marketing plan, which should take in consideration the specific international condition, is a cornerstone for the project successful development” Bagnasco said. Nevertheless, the plan should be further executed according to the latest and most advanced practice. As second stage will come the specific architectural and engineering design which will be the technical tool to make the project a masterpiece of technology, environmental protection and aesthetic.
