• Chen Yiming — Former Chief Engineer at China’s Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Vice President of the China Real Estate Association. An early advocate for prefabricated construction, he has demonstrated that offsite methods can reduce material use by over 15% and construction timelines by one-third.
• Andrea Jünemann — Minister Counsellor for Economic Affairs, German Embassy in Beijing. Key to Sino-German business cooperation, she plays a pivotal role in navigating economic partnerships in green tech and construction innovations.
• Dr. Michael Berger — Austrian Business Delegate in Beijing and head of Advantage Austria’s office. An influential advocate for Sino-Austrian industrial and innovation cooperation, he will bring perspectives on Belt & Road and sustainable infrastructure finance.
• Xu Yongmo — Chair of Huaxin Cement Co., President of China Concrete & Cement Products Association, Vice Chair of China Cement Association, and leader in construction materials standards. Holds a doctorate in civil engineering from London South Bank University.
• Andreas Schwarz — Leader of the Green Party parliamentary group in Baden-Württemberg and a prominent SPD member of the Bundestag since 2013. He will bring European policymaking expertise in sustainable infrastructure and governance.
• Cui Kai — Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Honorary President and Chief Architect of China Architecture Design & Research Group (CADG), and National Master of Engineering Design. A foundational figure in Chinese architectural design and industrialized urban planning.
• Johannes Kreißig — CEO and founder of DGNB (Germany’s Sustainable Building Council) since 2018, DGNB co-initiator, and a key driver in developing rigorous sustainable building certification standards in Europe.
