在2023年初时，由CNEUCN就在2022长三角乡村创意运营设计大赛的评选中，凭借其设计的花园湾村运营方案脱颖而出，获得了该项评选的一等奖，通过引入“生态农业区域”的开发理念，连接投资、乡村生活和景观等不同要素，实现农村与城市的平衡协调发展；该奖项于2023年1月1日正式公布，为疫情后的碳中和转型工作打响了第一炮。
At the very beginning of 2023, CNEUCN was awarded 1st prize for its Garden Bay Village Operation Program in the 2022 Yangtze River Delta Rural Entrepreneurship Creative Operation Design Competition. This operation program introduced the development concept of “ecological agricultural area” and realized the balanced and coordinated development of rural and urban areas through the combination of elements such as connection, investment, rural life, and landscape. The award was announced on January 1st, considered as a promising start to the year.
3月31日，由仲欧脱碳科技与意大利马切拉塔大学中国中心联合举办的《能源危机或能源转型》网络研讨会如期召开；本次网络研讨会是双方围绕能源话题开展的众多活动中的第一步，将欧洲工业界与中国企业、地方政府联系到一起，共同在脱碳这一大背景下，优势互补，推动合作，深度参与能源转型变革进程，将中国脱碳之路上遇到的挑战转变为合作机遇。
At the end of March, on the 31st the webinar “Energy Crisis or Energy Transition”, jointly organized by China Europe Carbon Neutral Technology (CNEUCN) and University of Macerata China Center, was held. The China Centre is a CNEUCN partner represented by Prof. Spigarelli as member of the Scientific Committee.This webinar was the first of many activities about the China – Europe relationship laying a solid foundation for future close cooperation between the two parties.
4月下旬，仲欧脱碳科技参加了2023意大利科研日活动《气候中和与智慧城市：意大利和中国城市面临的挑战》国际研讨会，该活动由仲欧脱碳科技的合作伙伴，都灵理工大学承办，同是由仲欧脱碳科技的科学委员会联合主席Michele Bonino博士主持。在本月，仲欧脱碳科技还参加了《第六届国际城市可持续发展高层论坛》，该论坛活动由中国城市和小城镇改革发展中心（CCUD）协办，该机构是中国城市化进程发展的主要决策机构，与仲欧脱碳科技CEO马晓利先生保持长期良好的合作关系。上述两项活动的落地，标志着中欧间有关碳中和议题的交流正在得到前所未有的重视，得益于仲欧碳中和在连接中欧两方做做出的努力，仲欧脱碳科技获得了来自成都高新区的“四派人才”企业认证。
In April, CNEUCN participated in the Conference on “Climate Neutrality and Smart Cities”, a key event of the 2023 Italian Global Research Day, co-organized by Turin Polytechnic University, a partner of CNEUCN, represented by Prof. Michele Bonino who is the Scientific Committee Co-chair for the European side, and The Sixth High-Level International Forum on Sustainable Urban Development, co-organized by China Centre for Urban Development (CCUD), a primary policy making agency about urban development with a long term and well established relationship with Mr. Bagnasco. Those two events are a great sign that the communication between China and Europe on carbon-neutral-related topics is getting more attention than ever. Thanks to CNEUCN’s efforts in connecting China and Europe, it has been recognized as the “Four Talents” enterprise by Chengdu High-Tech Zone.
在2023年的下半年里，仲欧脱碳科技承办了第十七届欧洽会中的关键会议活动——《向碳中和转型——中欧企业的共同目标与贡献》，邀请了来自《财富》欧洲500强企业和联合国的代表共同参与了此次论坛活动，其中包括：埃尼集团执行副总裁及中国董事会主席乔瓦尼先生、圣戈班公司亚太首席执行官韦博立先生、西门子公司楼宇产品事业部西区总经理何东林先生、必维集团大中华区及东北亚区高级副总裁韩晶女士、诺维信集团可持续发展负责人李浩先生、联合国开发计划署驻华代表处研究与政策中心的负责人阚薇澜女士。
In the second half of 2023, CNEUCN co-organized the key event of the 17th EU – CHINA Business & Technology Cooperation Fair, the conference ‘The Transition towards Carbon Neutrality – The Common Goal and Joint Contribution by European and Chinese Enterprises’. The event gathered representatives from Fortune 500 European companies and world organization such as: Mr. Di Giovanni, Executive Vice President of ENI Group and Chairman of the China Board of Directors, Mr. Weber, CEO of Saint-Goban in Asia Pacific, Mr. He, General Manager of Siemens Building Products Division (West Area), Mrs. Han, Senior Vice President of Bureau Veritas in Greater China and Northeast Asia, Mr. Li Hao, Sustainability Manager of Novozymes (China), Mrs. Di Canossa Head of the Research and Policy Center of the United Nations Development Programme in China.
11月8日，仲欧脱碳科技还召开了其科学委员会（ScC）和专家委员会（EAB）第三次全体会议，由25名代表在线参加。科学委员会由知名学者和来自不同机构和相关组织的代表组成，专家委员会则由来自特定行业的团队代表组成。
在本次会议期间，仲欧脱碳科技首席执行官马晓利先生介绍了未来在中国多地计划举行的一些列国家级会议和地方级别会议的规划，主题将围绕实现碳中和的多种途径和方法展开。
同时，为了使各个会议更为切实有效，各地举行的会议将根据特定城市的背景、需求和潜在机遇因地制宜相关内容。
On November 8th, CNEUCN also organized the 3rd plenary meeting of its Scientific Committee (ScC) and Experts’ Advisory Board (EAB) with “online” participation of 25 delegates. The ScC is a group of well know scholars and representatives from institutions, stakeholder network organizations while the EAB is a selected team of industries’ representatives in synergic sectors.
Along the meeting, Massimo Bagnasco, CNEUCN CEO, introduced the plan for a series of conferences, at national level plus a number of local level ones, to be hosted in several cities around China. The main theme will be, of course, the path and necessary activities to be done to reach carbon neutrality.
In order to make it efficient and business oriented, the specific topics of each local level conference will be tailor made according to the background, needs and opportunity of that specific city.
综上所述，我们相信2023年作为中国在后疫情时代中全面转向碳中和的关键时间节点，在这一年里仲欧脱碳科技通过不断加强仲欧企业、政府及学者间的交流，已经为推动中国的碳中和事业发展作出了自己的贡献。
To summarize, we believe that in 2023, as a key point in time for China’s full shift to carbon neutrality, China Europe Carbon Neutral has made its contribution to the development of China’s carbon neutrality cause by continuously strengthening the exchanges between Sino-European enterprises, governments, and scholars.
展望即将到来的2024年，我们的将继续不断促进、加强中欧双方在各个层面的交流与互动，并努力推动许多项目的实际落地，尤其是加强与中国企业间的合作，致力于将欧洲的先进方法与经验，在中国市场中进行本地化的迭代与部署，从而能更好的让欧洲的先进技术因地制宜地应用在中国本土的项目中。今年的一个典型案例就我们与拥有全球首创的二氧化碳捕捉耦合制氢（ICCHP)的专利技术的公司，势加透博的合作。
仲欧脱碳科技和势加透博在愿景和方法上紧密契合，以不断创新为核心，推动并加速迈向碳中和的道路。
Looking ahead to 2024, we will continue to promote and strengthen the exchanges and interactions between China and Europe at all levels and strive to promote the actual implementation of many projects. Inparticular, to strengthen the cooperation with Chinese enterprises, and to commit to the localization, iteration, and deployment of European advanced methods and experiences in the Chinese market and viceversa, to better enable the application of the most advanced technology in China and Europe. A vivid example is about Xeca Turbo company which has the world’s first patented technology for carbon dioxide capture coupled hydrogen production (ICCHP).
CNEUCN and Xeca Turbo align seamlessly in their vision and approach, centered on ceaseless innovation as a cornerstone for advancing and expediting the journey towards carbon neutrality.
随着中国政府的各职能部门陆续发布了诸多政策和说明文件，2024年将会是中国谋求碳中和转型提速，产生巨大变革的一年，我们相信这些变化会进一步加强中欧间的交流合作，带来更多的合作与共赢。
With the many policies and notifications issued by the several Chinese government entities along this year,, 2024 will be a year of great change as China seeks to accelerate its carbon-neutral transition, and we are confident that these changes will further strengthen communication and cooperation between China and Europe, leading to more cooperation and win-win situations.
