中央经济工作会议12月15日至16日在北京举行。关于碳中和、新能源、美丽中国，会议也有新要求，新提法，为下一步做好“双碳转型”工作指明了方向。

在产业政策发展与安全并举的指导思想下，会议自2020年起连续三年强调，要落实碳达峰碳中和目标，狠抓传统产业改造升级，优化产业结构，培育新兴产业，协同推进减污降碳。面向“双碳”目标，中国应对气候变化的顶层设计已基本成型，“1+N”政策体系正加快完善，产业侧各项重点任务正有序布局。大力推动产业结构绿色升级，改造升级传统产业，加快建设现代化产业体系将是明年产业政策的重点内容。但若产业发展缺乏配套的金融支持和科技支撑，则可能导致产能过剩、低端竞争等问题的出现。
