工业和信息化部、发展改革委、生态环境部三部门近日联合印发《有色金属行业碳达峰实施方案》。
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment jointly issued the “Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry” recently.
《有色金属行业碳达峰实施方案》提出，“十四五”期间，有色金属产业结构、用能结构明显优化，低碳工艺研发应用取得重要进展，重点品种单位产品能耗、碳排放强度进一步降低，再生金属供应占比达到24% 以上。
有色金属行业用能结构大幅改善，电解铝使用可再生能源比例达到30% 以上，绿色低碳、循环发展的产业体系基本建立。确保有色金属行业能在2030年前实现碳达峰的进一步行动，将实施。
The ” Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in the Non-ferrous Metal Industry ” proposes that during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, the industrial structure and energy structure of non-ferrous metals will be significantly optimized, and important progress will be made in the R&D and application of low-carbon processes. Energy consumption and carbon emission intensity per unit product of key varieties will be further reduced. The ratio reaches more than 24%.
The energy consumption structure of the non-ferrous metal industry has been greatly improved, the proportion of electrolytic aluminium using renewable energy has reached more than 30%, and the industrial system of green, low-carbon and circular development has basically been established. Further action will be implemented in order to let the non-ferrous metal industry achieves carbon peaking by 2030.
该实施方案明确了中国针对有色金属行业绿色低碳发展的重要任务：

– 调整优化产业结构
– 强化技术节能降碳
– 推进清洁能源替代
– 建设绿色制造体系
The implementation plan clarifies China’s key important tasks for the green and low-carbon development of the non-ferrous metal industry:
– Optimize the scale of smelting capacity
– Adjust and optimize industrial structure
– Strengthen technology to save energy and reduce carbon
– Promoting clean energy alternatives
– Build a green manufacturing system
