2023年中国国际服务贸易交易会于9月2日至6日在北京举办。今年服贸会以“开放引领发展 合作共赢未来”为主题，进一步促进展客商交流洽谈、互利合作和互惠共赢。同时，“碳中和”作为本次服贸会的主题之一，仲欧脱碳科技与意大利波捷特建筑设计的合作首次亮相意大利馆，向参加“服贸会”的企业和观众，展示 “碳中和”这一理念在战略咨询、城市规划和建筑设计领域中起到的作用。
The 2023 China International Fair for Trade in Service (CIFTIS) was held from 2 to 6 September in Beijing. With the theme of “Openness Leads to Development, Co-operation Wins the Future”, the CIFTIS aims to promote exchanges and negotiations, as well as mutually beneficial cooperation. Carbon neutrality was one of the themes of the Fair, China Europe Carbon Neutral and Progetto CMR jointly participated in the Italian Pavilion, promoting the professional services they can provide in the field of strategic consultancy, integrated urban planning and architectural design.
在过去的15年里，中国建筑行业逐步接纳了装配式建筑、新型环保材料、智慧楼宇等诸多新概念，与如今“碳中和”的大方向不谋而合。仲欧脱碳科技与波捷特的深度合作，为项目带来从前期规划开始的，从头至尾的“碳中和”指导。
Over the past 15 years, China’s construction industry has embraced new concepts such as assembled buildings, new environmentally friendly materials, smart buildings, etc., which coincide with today’s “carbon neutral” direction, and CNEUCN’s in-depth cooperation with Progetto CMR has brought the concept of “carbon neutrality” to projects from pre-planning stage till the full completion of the project lifecycle.
在仲欧碳中和与波捷特的合作中，通过调研，我们发现在中国市场上，高达50%的建筑物供能存在浪费的情况，45%的维护工作缺乏实际成效，而维护工作的失能则进一步加剧了建筑物能源的浪费情况。根据科学地评估测算，通过在楼宇的关键位置增设传感器，并通过智能化调节设备，对建筑物的温度、湿度、通风等诸多指标进行调节，能够有效减少最多30%的能源消耗。
In the Chinese market, up to 50% of building energy supply is still wasted, 45% of maintenance work is ineffective, then the failure of maintenance work further exacerbates the waste of energy in buildings. It is scientifically proved that building automation solutions (such as adding sensors at key locations in the building and regulating the building’s temperature, humidity, ventilation, and many other indicators through intelligent regulation equipment), can effectively reduce energy consumption up to 30%.
本次服贸会期间，仲欧脱碳科技的CEO，同时也是波捷特建筑设计的合伙人，马晓利先生在接受新华社记者采访时表示：服贸会是促进国际服务提供商和中国企业合作的一个极为重要的平台。它让双方能够为潜在的合作面对面交流、建立友好的关系，让更多的海外企业加入蓬勃发展的中国市场。
In an interview with Xinhua News Agency during this CIFTIS, Massimo Bagnasco, CNEUCN CEO and Progetto CMR Partner, stated that CIFTIS is an extremely important platform to promote cooperation between international service providers and Chinese enterprises. It allows both parties to meet face-to-face for potential cooperation, establish friendly relationships, and allow more overseas companies to join the booming Chinese market.
在主题分享环节，一个位于浙江省内，占地面积约4.5平方公里的“碳中和”规划项目被作为典型案例分享给了现场观众。该项目在推进过程中的第一步，便对当地的实际情况进行了调研，通过详细的分析和测算，对不同情况下的能源、碳排放、所需技术手段和设备进行了分析和论证。通过分析测算推导出该区域的宜居人数等数据，结合新能源通勤载具、智慧楼宇技术、智慧路网、太阳能光伏等技术，辅以自然条件形成的天然碳池，力求将该区域打造成一个真正意义上的“碳中和”社区。
During the sharing session, it was introduced, as reference, a planning project which aimed to regenerate an urban/rural area into a truly “carbon-neutral” community. Located in Zhejiang Province and covering an area of about 4.5 square kilometres, the project makes extensive use of new energy commuter carriers, smart building technologies, smart road networks, solar photovoltaics, and other technologies. As first step, it was carried on a deep analysis of local condition then detailed assessments, to evaluate multiple scenarios, finally it was defined the maximum inhabitant’s capacity and the technological equipment to be applied. It combines the natural carbon pools of the local natural conditions, in an effort to make the area a truly “green” area.
在主题分享的最后，仲欧脱碳科技与波捷特共同呼吁政府部门启动并推广“碳中和”试点项目，这在“碳中和”不可逆转的趋势下具有重要意义。尽管当前国际政治环境紧张，但气候变化是需要共同努力应对的共同挑战，也能为双边经济增长提供机遇。通过欧洲的先进经验和技术手段，从项目最初的定位开始，最终实现 “碳中和 “的目标。同时，中国在电气化和可再生能源领域的创新解决方案和产品也将发挥实质性作用。这也将为中国企业打破 “碳关税 “机制、提升未来竞争力提供重要参考。
At the end of the sharing, CNEUCN and Progetto CMR jointly called for the government authorities to initiate and promote carbon-neutral pilot projects, which will be of great significance in the face of the irreversible trend of carbon neutrality. Despite the current tense international political environment, climate change is a common challenge which needs to be tackled by shared efforts and can provide bilateral opportunities for economic growth. Through the European advanced experience and technical means, starting from the initial positioning of the project, the project can finally achieve the “carbon neutrality” goal. Meanwhile Chinese innovative solution and products in the field of electrification and renewable energy will also play a substantial role. It will be also a great reference for Chinese enterprises to break the “carbon tariff” mechanism and enhance their competitiveness in the future.
