Last April, CNEUCN partnered with Jiangsu CCPIT International Conference & Exhibition Department to organize a visit to Italy for a delegation of experts and companies in the construction sector. The delegation explored topics such as renewable energy, construction standards, and innovative materials, paving the way for cross-border collaboration.

CNEUCN provided an in-depth analysis of the current trends, challenges, and policy directions for China’s real estate sector.
The transition to industrialization, digitization, and green practices, together with policy updates can create new market opportunities for the real estate sector which is experiencing a critical transition time. The sector is at the heart of sustainable urban development as well as a substantial component of economic growth.

B.2 The “Carbon Neutral District” Concept
CNEUCN proposed the creation of carbon-neutral districts that integrate clean energy, mobility solutions, and sustainable urban planning.
Industries must meet global carbon emission targets, prompting them to seek locations with clean energy and infrastructure to manage emissions.
These districts, while setting new benchmarks in sustainable development, also aim to attract investment then promote a new and sustainable economic model. A plan to promote these areas, aligned with the carbon-neutral goal, will help create a sustainable economic model, boost jobs, and attract companies seeking carbon-neutral locations.
The contribution includes financing carbon assessments and strategy plans, with further development done in cooperation with local real estate developers.

Upon the invitation by Shanghai Qinggong Real Estate, a delegation of CNEUCN Partners visited Mindong Green Valley site to discuss about the project development.
It aims to become an integrated “urban-industrial-R&D fusion community” that combines ecological smart manufacturing, advanced services, and a high-quality lifestyle. In alignment with the “Dual Carbon goal” national strategy, the project design and technical solutions will target to reduce carbon emissions and minimize carbon footprints throughout the entire building lifecycle from design, construction to operation, reducing operational emissions, and creating a green and vibrant ecological park.

The total life cycle cost (including energy savings and reduced maintenance costs) of a curtain wall facade can be lower than that of traditional facades. This is especially true for buildings with a long useful life and for projects that prioritize sustainability and energy efficiency.
CELLIA®, a new reactive/sensitive module for building façades conceived by Progetto CMR and developed & patented in synergy with the Focchi Group, integrates the building envelope and the HVAC system in a single unit, which can be provided of a wide range of further functions. It includes wiring and energy production through photovoltaic modules, sun shading systems with brise-soleil and motorized blinds, internal and external lighting.

CNEUCN has partnered with Carbon Researcher Holdings (CRH) to advance cutting-edge technologies in carbon capture and green hydrogen production. This system is the world’s first technology to couple Direct Air Capture (DAC) with hydrogen electrolysis to synthesize green fuels. It stands out for its exceptional performance, with a CO2 capture efficiency of over 80%, a regeneration efficiency close to 100%, fully powered by green electricity without the need for thermal energy, and low energy consumption for CO2 capture.

D.1 Sino-Italian Cultural and Innovation District (DSICI) development.
CNEUCN provided positioning strategy, operation guide, development plan for the Sino-Italian Cultural and Innovation District (DSICI), located in Tianfu New Area, in the South of Chengdu.
The vision for the DSICI, is to create a world-class IP incubator area and an international cultural tourism destination. It should highlight the features of a park city and bring ecological value into construction.
DSICI is designed to be the model of new urban development, on a human scale and integrated, with Italian characteristics, as well as an important platform for exchange and cooperation of the two countries in the various sectors.
DSICI will promote the collaboration of the two countries in the fields of design and art, industrial design, architectural design, interior design, graphic design, craftsmanship and fashion, performing arts, movies industry, exhibitions. DSICI will support the cooperation in the sectors of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage industry, training of talents and professional staff in the fields of culture, creativity, environmental protection, health, sustainable development, agriculture, and other sectors.
CNEUCN team, thanks to its specific experience about China and the overseas companies’ interests and desiderata, created tailor made marketing strategies for the project promotion, foreign investments lead generation and supporting policies.
